David is the son of Past District Governor Page Dobson and is a 4th generation Rotarian.
His great grandfather, Frederick Porter (and former pastor of Trinity Baptist Church in OKC), was a Rotarian in Columbus, Ga. His paternal grandfather, Harold Dobson, was a member of our club sporting 41 years of perfect attendance and his maternal grandfather, Harold Hopping, was a member of Club 29 as well. His uncle John Dobson has been a member for 23 years and also has a 23 year perfect attendance record. Page has been a member of our club now for 26 years with 25 years perfect attendance. David will have a lot of heat to keep the tradition going.
