BOARD POLICY ON VIDEO RECORDING OF LUNCHEON MEETINGS AND WEBSITE POSTING OF THESE RECORDINGS

The Board of Directors of Club 29 has adopted a policy regarding the video recording of the club’s weekly luncheon meetings and the posting of these recordings on the club’s website. The general practice of Club 29 will be (1) to record, insofar as technically feasible, the entire weekly luncheon meetings of the club, from the opening to the closing gavel, and (2) to post these recordings on publicly accessible portions of the club’s website. The Board recognizes that special or unique circumstances associated with certain programs or speakers may call for deviation, in the club’s best interests, from one or both elements of this general practice. The Board expects such deviations to be rare. But it authorizes the club’s President on a case-by-case basis to deviate (at his or her discretion) from one or both elements of the general practice, when he or she reasonably believes it is in the best interests of the club to do so.
