Mike Mize joined ADG in 2007 to provide construction administration and owner’s

representation services to a variety of clients. As a construction project manager
and superintendent, Mr. Mize has supervised projects ranging from high-rise office buildings to hotels, golf resorts, medical facilities for the Cleveland Clinic, a 3,000-bed detention facility, parking structures and industrial production facilities. Previous owner’s representative services included a portfolio of multiple properties comprised of high-rise office buildings, medical office, high-end retail and residential mixed-use facilities in six states valued at over $800 million dollars.
Mr. Mize has 30 years experience providing management, development, sales and sales management services to the construction, real estate and software industries.

Kristen Wilson brings a wealth of knowledge to ADG’s program management team.

Her dedication to community involvement allows her to have a deeper knowledge of client needs. With her excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to develop and manage highly successfully programs, Ms. Wilson helps streamline projects for efficiency and effectiveness. Her education and experience includes environmental health research, assessments, sampling, regulatory reporting, compliance, training, course content design, development and implementation. She also has experience with developing proposals, creating and managing budgets, developing health and safety plans, and is proficient in Spanish.

Tom J. McDaniel became President of American Fidelity Foundation on September 1, 2011, after having served as President and Chancellor of Oklahoma City University from July 1, 2001 to August 31, 2011. He retired as Vice Chairman and Director of Kerr McGee Corporation in 2000 and then served as President of Northwestern Oklahoma State University, becoming the first graduate of that school to ever serve as its President, before joining OCU.

He holds a business degree from Northwestern, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma, and an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from OCU. He is active in the community, serving on numerous boards and commissions and has served as Chairman of the Oklahoma Heritage Association.

He has been appointed by Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett to Chair the Citizens Advisory Committee for the Maps III projects. McDaniel and his wife, Brenda, were selected 2010 “Treasures of Tomorrow” by the Oklahoma Health Foundation. Among his recognitions he was recently named Oklahoma’s Most Admired CEO in large non-profits. In 2006 he was inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame.
