Rob Garibay is the owner of Clarity Pro a business coaching company. He is a certified business coach with Gazelles International, ActionCOACH, Engage and Grow, and a John Maxwell Founding Partner Leadership Coach. His professional career spans building businesses in manufacturing, distribution, retail, and IT.
Rob is the author of Energize Your Profits and contributing author to Roadmap to Success, both available on Amazon.com. He has achieved #3 ranking in the USA and #15 in the world among over 1200 ActionCOACH business coaches.

Rob has an engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University. He co-founded and grew a technology business which he sold after 15 years. Rob has written business plans that have raised $30 million in investment capital.

Rob is passionate about helping business owners create the lifestyle they envisioned when they started their business, by building a profitable scalable business that works without them.
Rob lives in Norman with his wife of 39+ years and loves to lead Bible studies, scuba dive and downhill ski.

Dr. Laura Garrett has Doctorate of Education in Family Studies and Child Development from Oklahoma State University with a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology. She holds a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and Bachelors in Consumer Affairs with a Secondary Major in Gerontology from Kansas State University. She has taught at the college level in the areas of psychology, sociology and human development for over 25 years. She has conducted national presentations and publications in the area of Undergraduate Research with an emphasis on community college students.

Dr. Garrett currently serves as the Director of Resident Life at Epworth Villa Retirement Community. Her department includes religious life, transportation, social work, activities, philanthropy and development. She often speaks to community groups, employee trainings and civic groups on developmental issues and aging topics.

Dr. Garrett serves as the treasurer for the Oklahoma City Kappa Kappa Gamma Alums, on the Leadership Council for the Oklahoma City Alzheimer’s Association and is on the Advisory Board for the Putnam City Foundation. She has two children, her daughter Sarah is a freshman at Cornell University and is a Division 1 Polo player and her son Rob is a sophomore at Kingfisher High School.
