Fulfillment of your Rotary Point Pledge via stock donations

“I fulfilled my Rotary Point pledge in one easy step by donating appreciated stock. Club 29 already has a process in place, so it took only minutes to complete. I would recommend this to anyone doing year-end tax planning.” – Ellen Fleming

Gifts of appreciated assets, such as securities, transferred directly to Rotary Club 29 Foundation are an excellent way for you to help us further our mission of being “a gift to the world”. These gifts provide the following tax benefits:
• Generate an immediate income tax deduction and tax savings
• Avoid federal and state capital gains taxes
• Avoid the tax on net investment income
Club 29 members may transfer gifts of appreciated securities through their broker or by mail. Brokers may transfer securities directly to the Foundation’s brokerage account using the account information below or by contacting our office to get transfer instructions  Stock_Donation_FillableForm

Our Rotary Point collections are up to over $213,000 so
keep them coming in. We will have a beam signing soon and we are releasing funds for construction which is hot and heavy.
