Tom Pace is the CEO and founder of PaceButler Corporation, which he started in 1987 with only $62.53. Since then, he has led the company to become a national leader in the cell phone recycling industry.

He is also the President of the nonprofit World Book Bank, an organization dedicated to donating life-changing books to prisons, treatment centers, and underserved communities.

Tom is the author of Mentor: The Kid and the CEO, a bestselling book that has impacted thousands of lives through its powerful message of redemption, responsibility, and mentorship.

A long-distance runner and committed follower of Christ, Tom attends Crossings Community Church in Oklahoma City. He’s been married to his wife Leslie for 27 years, and they have two daughters, Emily and Abby.

Tom will share his remarkable personal story—“Journey of a Misfit to Significance”—a testimony of transformation, resilience, and purpose.
