Captain (Retired) Jeff Morris  is an accomplished leader and speaker who is incredibly passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. He is currently employed as a senior leader with the McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 6 company. He is also a highly recognized and decorated former United States Army Infantry Officer with an impeccable record of leadership in the most demanding of environments.
Jeff served his country in the United States Army as an Infantry Officer, finishing his military career as a Captain. He served two deployments to Baghdad, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Platoon Leader and a Company Commander. During his military career, Jeff was rated number 1 of 14 platoon leaders, number 1 of 34 lieutenants in the battalion as an executive officer, and number 1 of 31 company commanders in his brigade. Jeff was selected for company command as a 1st Lieutenant and spent 19 months in command of 158 Soldiers without having attended the Captains Career Course. He was awarded the Bronze Star with Valor for combat actions in Baghdad on September 12, 2004 and the Bronze Star for Service during his second deployment.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Here, he also excelled on the football field and was an All-Conference selection at defensive back and was also selected as team captain, which began his love for leadership – cultivating the very skills that would one day translate to the battlefield.
Jeff is married with three sons. He was instrumental in establishing a non-profit organization for veterans, serving as a board member for Farmers Assisting Returning Military, created to assist veterans suffering from PTSD. He also established his own non-profit, Legion 8, designed to honor the lives of the eight men lost under his command and provide educational benefits and mental health counseling to those families and other service members and families of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Jeff speaks to different veterans groups and other organizations sharing his story of adversity and leadership and the power of never letting circumstances dictate what they are capable of in life. Jeff is fearlessly transparent and honest about his personal journey, something that has captured the hearts of people from all walks of life. He is dedicated to allowing his story to be used for good, carrying a message of hope and rising beyond life’s greatest challenges.

Ted Perry  attended Heritage Hall before entering the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he graduated in 2005. In 2013, Ted received an MBA from Oklahoma State.

Ted spent 6 years of active duty service in the U.S. Army where he served as an artillery officer, followed by two more years in the reserves. He previously was a private banking associated at Bank of Oklahoma. Currently, Ted is the founding partner of Calvary Capital where they provide alternative investments for private investors in commercial real estate.

Ted’s civic activities includes, President of the Heritage Hall Alumni Association, Founding President of Sunbeam Young Professionals Board, and he is a committee member for the Wes Welker Foundation and Fields and Futures Foundation. Ted is a board member for academy nominations for Senator Janes Lankford and Congressman Russell.

Ted is also a high school football coach at Heritage Hall, and a part-time travel agent. As a coach, Ted has been a part of four state championship teams including this year’s 4A state championship squad. Ted’s other passion is traveling. So much so, that he has helped many families and individuals plan their vacations over the years.
