Cecilia J. Robinson‐Woods, Ed.D is Superintendent of Millwood Public Schools in Oklahoma City. She has been superintendent since 2013 where she works to ensure that students are prepared to be Champions in the classroom, in the community and in life. Her tenure has included many improvements to the quality of instruction, facilities and processes at Millwood.
Robinson-Woods works to advance issues that strengthen the greater Oklahoma City community and is a fierce advocate for equity, social justice and inclusion of marginalized communities. Her service to the community includes, the MAPS 3 Citizens Advisory Council; MAPS 4 Clara Luper Civil Rights Center Subcommittee; Arnall Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice Community Committee; Palomar Board; OSSAA (Oklahoma Secondary Schools Athletics and Activities) Board; Executive Board of USSA (United Suburban Superintendents Assoc) and OASA (OK Assoc of School Admin); DEI Chair for the Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma Board; OSU Alumni Association Board, Community Director for OU Health Board and the Vice Chair of Freedom Center of Oklahoma City Board.
Recognition for her service includes being named the Women of Color “Educator of the Year” in 2015 and the Women of Color “Woman of the Year” in 2022, Trailblazer 2023 and was most recently recognized as one of Oklahoma’s 50 Most Influential Women by the Journal Record. She is also a proud member of LOKC Class 33 and LOK Class 36.
Robinson-Woods is the wife of Gary Woods, Sr. and together they have five children and one grandchild. They love traveling (especially near water), fishing and spending time with their extended family.

Dr. Marion Paden
As the former President of Leadership Oklahoma, Dr. Marion Paden was responsible for the adult and youth programs, fundraising, community relations and board management.
Prior Leadership Oklahoma, Marion was VP for Student Services at Oklahoma City Community College for more than 20 years. A Licensed Professional Counselor, she has a doctorate in higher education, masters in student personnel and counseling and a bachelor in psychology.
Balancing a career with community involvement, Marion has served on the boards of numerous state and national organizations including the College Board, Sister Cities International, American Red Cross, and Junior League. It was under her leadership as President of the Rotary Club of OKC that it became the world’s largest Rotary Club. A graduate of Leadership Oklahoma Class XXI and Leadership OKC Class XI, Marion is the only person to have served as Program Co-Chair for LOKC’s adult, young adult and high school programs; and as Alumni Association President.
Recognition of her many civic and professional contributions include induction into the Oklahoma Women’s Hall of Fame, the Association of Women in Communications Byliners and the Journal Record’s Circle of Excellence, and The Oklahoman’s 21st Century Women. In her honor, Oklahoma State Regent John Massey established a scholarship to recognize students that serve their communities while achieving their educational goals.
A curious and avid traveler, Marion has toured five continents to visit historical sites, meet interesting people, discover unique foods/drinks, and spend time with family and friends.
