Parking Information:

There is valet or self-parking available for guests of the First National Center. Valet is located at 120 N Robinson Avenue, at the main entrance to First National Center. When entering the building, please proceed to the 2nd floor and the National Ballroom is located on the far side of The Great Hall.

If you prefer to self-park, the One11 Parking Garage is located at 111 N Broadway Avenue. When utilizing self-parking, please note that from the garage elevators you can select the 2nd floor and these elevators will take you to the National Ballroom.

There is a charge for both valet or self-parking.

Gary Brooks has been in the commercial real estate business in Oklahoma City for over 30 years as a broker, developer and owner. In 2008 Gary formed Cornerstone Development and developed Legend Park, his first apartment project in Lawton, Oklahoma. Over the last 13 years Gary and his team have used various HUD financing programs to develop and purchase over 3,000 apartment units. In January of 2017, Gary and partner Charlie Nicholas acquired The First National Center in downtown Oklahoma City, a 1.1 million square foot high-rise built in 1931. The National hotel and First Residences opened in April of 2022, with other food and beverage outlets and retail shops set to open in the coming months. Gary lives in Edmond with his wife of 33 years, Michelle.

Jane Jenkins is President and CEO of Downtown Oklahoma City Partnership. With over 30 years of experience in downtown revitalization and management, Jane is an internationally recognized speaker and expert on urban issues. She is a former Chairman for the International Downtown Association Board of Directors and is also active in the International Economic Development Council, Urban Land Institute, and the American Institute of Architects. In 2014, Jane earned accreditation from the Congress for New Urbanism and she was recently named a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Place Management in Manchester, England. A former high school educator, Jane was named 1982 Teacher of the Year at Union High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas in Denton.
