Jeff is the Vice President of Sales-IT Solutions for Dobson Technologies. Prior to joining Dobson Technologies, Cato served as COO and V.P. of Sales for Amerivision Communications. Jeff is currently on the Board for ASTEC Charter School. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in management and later earned a master’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma City University.
