Jeff Dixon, co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Provision Concepts, is the speaker on June 4th.
Starting at zero in co-founder Aaron Soward’s garage, they are headed for a forward looking $25 million dollar company in 2020. Jeff will discuss what’s made him successful, what he’d do differently, and how he’s going to get to $100 million.
Jeff Dixon spent the first 18 years of his life in Weatherford, a little town in western Oklahoma, before attending Oklahoma State University. While in Stillwater he obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, then moved to Edmond, where he’s lived for the past 15 years.
Prior to becoming self-employed, Jeff worked in all facets of the restaurant business from being a General Manager & Proprietor for the Hal Smith Group to flipping burgers in his home town. While the majority of Jeff’s work experience surrounds the restaurant life, he’s proud to share he even mowed lawns as a kid and even threw a paper route. Financial Advisor was even Jeff’s title for a short stint, in his path to being where he is today.
Jeff has a beautiful wife, Jessica, of almost 14 years, and two children, Braiden almost 12, and Brielle, almost 9. They reside in Edmond and enjoy attending Life and Victory churches and supporting their kid’s soccer and gymnastic activities.

Provision Concepts, one of Oklahoma City’s premier up and coming hospitality management companies, was founded in 2013 by Jeff Dixon and Aaron Soward. They corporately own 7 restaurants, and have 3 others under construction.
During their growth phase, they have created concepts Broadway 10 Bar & Chophouse, Sidecar Barley & Wine Bar, Hatch Early Mood Food, Birra Birra Craft Pizzeria and BiBi’s Craft Ice Cream.
They started at zero in Aaron’s garage and currently have 400 employees. Beyond their 10 desired corporately owned stores through 2020, they are actively holding engagement discussions with Franchise Attorneys for growth opportunities outside of the Oklahoma market.
Tania L. Smith is a native of Oklahoma City. She is a Financial Advisor – Vice President with T. S. Phillips Investments, Inc. with 15 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Finance from Oklahoma State University. During her college internship with a brokerage firm, she confirmed her desire to dedicate her career to helping business owners, non-profits and families create and grow wealth.
She has served in various church and civic leadership roles beginning in her teenage years. She has held roles as secretary, treasurer and Sunday School teacher at church. She has served as ambassador with the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, board position and chair of planning committee of special events with the formerly-known OKC Capitol Chamber of Commerce (now OKC Black Chamber of Commerce), board member with RSVP, and volunteer and planning committee leader with Boys and Girls Club of Oklahoma County. She is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City LOYAL Class 8, and graduate of the Inaugural Class of Board Serve – organized by United Way of Central OK.
Currently, Tania serves on the Board of Directors for BritVil Food Pantry and is active with Junior Achievement, the OSU Mentoring Program, Oklahoma Hospitality Club, Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance, and various other organizations in the community. She attends People’s Church in Oklahoma City.
She is married to Dwight and they live in Edmond with their two daughters ages 3 and 1, Tabitha and Taylor. They also have three dogs: Queenie, Rocky and Beyoncé.
