Joyce Clark is the CEO of Achievis Senior Living Associates, which develops, manages, and markets senior living and long-term care communities. She has opened 7 assisted living and memory care communities in Oklahoma, including the state’s first Medicaid assisted living center. Achievis consults and works with clients across the country. In addition to new project development, Joyce’s services range from mock surveys, feasibility studies, and operations analysis to interim management.
Joyce has served on a variety of civic and industry boards. Currently she is a Commissioner for Americorps and is Governor appointed to the Health Department’s Long Term Care Facility Advisory Board.
She is the proud mama of 2 sons. The oldest is a police officer and her youngest son is a chemical and petroleum engineer.
