Katherine RichardKatherine Richard, CEO of Warwick Energy Group, founded the company in 2010. Since 2010 she has been an adviser to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan’s Ministry of Mines on energy development and transparency, working in concert with the Aspen Institute’s Market Building Initiative and the Institute for State Effectiveness. Richard was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2013, recognized as a “Twenty Under 40” rising star in US energy by Oil and Gas Investor and elected to the Journal Record’s “Achievers Under 40” class for rising leaders in Oklahoma in 2014.  She serves on the advisory council of MicroVest Capital Management, the first private micro-finance investment firm in the U.S.

Richard began her career at Goldman Sachs, working in private equity and natural resources investment banking in New York, London, Paris and Dallas. From 2007 to 2009, she ran oil and gas, metals and mining, and sovereign debt investing for Serengeti Asset Management, a multi-strategy investment firm in New York. From 2009 to 2012, she oversaw international energy investing for MSD Capital, Michael Dell’s private investment fund in New York. She graduated from Harvard College with a degree in History and a focus in Post-Colonial Theory, was a member of the Harvard varsity sailing team and is a lifetime member of the Harvard class of 2004′s executive committee.

Richard has been a guest lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania on commodity forecasting and valuation, and is actively involved in multi-stakeholder discussions on U.S. natural gas, fracking, LNG exports, CNG and American energy independence for various organizations, including Bloomberg, Handelsblatt, the State Government Leadership Project, Women in Government, American Enterprise Institute and Deloitte’s Global Chemicals Think Tank.  She is a member of the Oklahoma Independent Producer’s Association and active in the Central Oklahoma Humane Society.

Nathaniel Harding is President of Harding and Shelton Exploration. Nathaniel graduated cum laude from the University of Oklahoma with Russian and engineering degrees, and earned an MBA from Oklahoma City University.  Before turning 30, he was selected to all three “40 under 40” outstanding achiever lists in the state, and is a decorated Air Force Captain and veteran of Afghanistan.  He has been published in multiple industry publications in the US and China, the latter as part of his Beijing-based joint venture with major Chinese oil companies.  In 2010 the Mayor appointed Nathaniel to the MAPS 3 Advisory Board and to chair the Streetcar Subcommittee.

Nathaniel is involved with Leadership OKC, Downtown Club, Redbud Classic, Rotary, Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Assoc, and the OKC Chamber of Commerce.  He has been a Miss Oklahoma judge, Russian orphanage translator, college political party National Vice Chairman, and local TV talk show host.  He and his wife, Amanda, and two daughters live near downtown Oklahoma City.
