Major Mike R. Hoskins (Ret.)

Maj. Hoskins, а native Oklahoman, and the former Drug lntelligence Officer for the Oklahoma Region of the Texoma HIDTA (“High lntensity Drug Trafficking Area” а White House – Office of National Drug Control Policy Program), where he not only works to help identify, disrupt, and dismantle Drug Trafficking Organizations, but also to improve the response to and reduction of illicit drug overdoses across the state. ln addition, he also helps address Human Trafficking issues and other drug related crimes throughout the state. Не began his professional career with the Oklahoma City Police Department in 1983, retiring as а senior Major in 2014, where he served as the Commander of the Special lnvestigations Division; (Criminal lntelligence Unit, Gangs-VICE-Narcotics, Joint Terrorism Task Force, and other units). Не also served as the Director of Training & Recruiting, and commander of the Tactical Operations/ Negotiations Unit, and as the Department’s ЕЕО officer.

Не is an alumnus of Southern Nazarene University, and an Adjunct Professor in the MBA/MSM program where he teaches Management/ Leadership classes. Не is а graduate of the US Air Force -Air War College/ National Security Forum, FBI National Academy, Senior Management lnstitute for Police, and the FBl’s Law Enforcement Executive Development program. Major Hoskins served on the Advisory Council for Oklahoma’s Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET), Executive Board of the FBI – Joint Terrorism Task Force Board as well as the Oklahoma FUSION Center Advisory Board, Attorney General Scott Pruitt’s Human Trafficking Committee, and other committee’s and task force operations. Major Hoskins has been а highly sought after panelist and guest speaker across the state of Oklahoma on the topics of Fentanyl Poisoning, Human Trafficking, Drug Trafficking, Drug Overdose/ Substance Abuse Disorder, etc. Не is а member of the Oklahoma Association of Chiefs of Police and was also appointed as а member of the Advisory Committee to the Governor’s Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women.

Brooke Haneborg is the Director of Business Development for Manhattan Construction where she works with businesses and organizations in need of a building solution partner. Prior to Manhattan Construction she served as the Director of Marketing & Business Development for Crowe & Dunlevy. A native Oklahoma Cityan, she’s active in the community serving on the boards of directors for SSM Health St. Anthony Foundation, Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma, Free to Live, OU Breast Institute and Cristo Rey Work Study Partners Program. She’s a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City Class 33 and a proud TCU Horned Frog alum.
