Microphone Management
Time Commitment: Weekly duty dispersed between committee members throughout the year
- Provide at least one (1) weekly volunteer at weekly meetings to assist in Q&A at the end of the weekly luncheon meetings.
Facilities and Logistics
Time Commitment: As needed
- Review weekly audiovisual needs on an as-needed basis to include speaker needs, filming of meetings, and sound levels during meetings.
- Coordinate with Executive Director the set-up, menu, and cost arrangements with the organization providing facilities and food service for weekly meetings.
- Obtain and maintain information regarding alternative arrangements.
- Coordinate parking to ensure efficient and economical entry and exit from parking facilities at Club events.
