Online – go to www.rotary.org – top right of the home page you’ll see a “Give” button. Click on that and it walks you through how to donate at various levels. After you hit the “Donate” button, you’ll see multiple options.. choose “Annual Fund -SHARE” which supports grants/activities that clubs in District 5750 choose.
To mail a check: Find your Rotarian ID (located in your listing in the Rotary Roster, or in your listing in the online directory) and fill out this form .
The Rotary Club of Okla. City is club 1709, District 5750, and choose “Annual Fund- SHARE” Make your check payable to: “The Rotary Foundation” and send it in with the completed form to the address on “Collections Drive” in Chicago
