Mr.  Jeremy Foraker is President and Managing Broker of Foraker Company. Mr. Foraker has over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate and has experience in brokerage, development, construction and property management. Since 2003, Mr. Foraker has negotiated and closed more than 200 investment transactions and 500 lease transactions. He has played key roles in acquiring, developing and repositioning over 1 million square feet of property and growing a property management portfolio to exceed 1 million square feet. Mr. Foraker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Masters of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. Mr. Foraker’s expertise includes lease negotiation, project management, financial analysis, development strategy and risk mitigation. A native Oklahoman, Mr. Foraker is a married father of two and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Collins Peck is a native Oklahoman, originally from Enid, and a graduate of the
University of Oklahoma with a degree in Construction Science. For the past nine
years, he has lived in Oklahoma City and has been employed in the construction
industry for Smith & Pickel Construction, where he is now Vice President and Co- Owner. He is involved in numerous organizations, serving on the Board of Directors for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, Allied Arts, and Boy Scouts
Last Frontier Council. Collins is an active member of Rotary Club 29, the Downtown Club of Oklahoma City, Leadership Oklahoma City, and Nichols Hills Methodist Church. He is the proud father of one son, Barnes (4 moths old), and has been happily married to his wife Rachel for 2 years.
