CLUB 29 GLOBAL GRANT PROJECT DEDICATIONS
Join your fellow Rotarians in Budva, Montenegro, May 30, and Riga, Latvia, June 10, for ceremonies celebrating the dedication of our Global Grant projects to supply medical equipment for the maternity department in Budva and neonatal department in Riga.
The Maternity Department at the General Hospital in Budva, Montenegro will receive modern incubators, surgical tables, infant warmers, phototherapy lights, a defibrillator, an ultrasound, infusion pumps and patient monitors costing $110,000 funded by Club 29, District 5750 and several of our international Rotary partners.
The Children’s Hospital in Riga, Latvia will receive modern medical equipment for the Neonatal Department to assist patients with noninvasive ventilation, infrared spectroscopy to assess oxygenation levels for early detection of pathology of urgent therapy costing $51,962 funded by Club 29, District 5750 and Rotary clubs in Sweden, Hungary and Latvia.
