Blair Humphreys works for Humphreys Company, overseeing the design and development of Wheeler – a 150 acre mixed-use urban infill project on the Oklahoma River near downtown Oklahoma City. He has a Master in City Planning and Urban Design degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Oklahoma. He is a founding member of the Urban Land Institute Oklahoma District Council, currently serving as Chair of the statewide organization. Blair and wife Maggie and family live in Oklahoma City’s Historic Gatewood Neighborhood.
Collins Peck is Vice President of Smith & Pickel Construction, having spent 6 years with them.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from OU, and is a Certified Associate Constructor. Collins has worked on construction projects with the Memorial Road Church of Christ, Okla. Christian University, the Boathouse Foundation, Chesapeake Energy, and the Salvation Army. His current projects include the acquisition of building permits, resolution of all Governmental issues for all prospective, current and complete projects, and marketing /business Development.
