Appointed by Gov. Kevin Stitt  Adria Berry is the director of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority, the state agency responsible for regulating Oklahoma’s medical marijuana program.

Berry is the fourth OMMA director since State Question 788 legalized medical marijuana in 2018.

An attorney who graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law, Berry comes to the OMMA after working in government relations for the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma. She previously worked in the Oklahoma Secretary of State’s Office and as vice president of government affairs for the State Chamber of Oklahoma.

Blair Naifeh

Blair Naifeh is an Oklahoma City native and graduate of Casady School. He completed his Bachelors in Communications at DePauw University and his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Blair began his professional career as an Assistant Public Defender before returning to law school and completing his LL.M. in Real Property Development from The University of Miami. In 2006, Blair moved to Washington, D.C. where he served as Legislative Assistant to Congressman Tom Cole before returning to Oklahoma City. Since his return, Blair has worked at Naifco, Naifeh and SFR Realty and serves as Vice President.

Blair has been a member of Rotary Club of Oklahoma City since 2012, is a past board director and has sixyears of perfect attendance.
