“The State of Cancer Treatment and Research in Oklahoma”
Camille Gunderson, MD is an assistant professor in the section of gynecologic oncology – Stephenson Cancer Center. Dr. Gunderson has published 23 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals in addition to several book chapters. She has served on several committees including the Society of Gynecologic Oncology Program Committee for the Annual Meeting on Women’s Cancers in 2015.
Dr. Gunderson received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her medical doctorate from Louisiana State University in New Orleans. Thereafter, she completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland and gynecologic oncology fellowship at University of Oklahoma Stephenson Cancer Center.

Brian Jackson
A former logistics officer in the U.S. Navy, Brian is the third generation of veterans to head Woody Candy Company.
Brian was born and raised in OKC. After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin he joined the United States Navy as a Logistics Officer. During his 4 ½ years in the Navy he was deployed for about 2 ½ years. Following his time in the Navy bring earned an MBA and joined the Supply Chain Strategy & Operations Practice of Deloitte Consulting. In 2014 Brian bought Woody Candy Company with his father and has served as the President and COO ever since. 2018 has been a major year in Brian’s life due to the fact that on January 20th he married his best friend and partner in crime, Dr. Camille Gunderson.
