Mandy Trainer is the senior director and program manager of Executive Transport & Surveillance (ET&S) in Boeing Defense, Space & Security and the Boeing Oklahoma City Senior Site Leader. Headquartered in Oklahoma City, the ЕТ&S team provides engineering and sustainment for U.S. and global head­ of-state aircraft and Airborne Warning and Control Systems (AWACS) for customers worldwide.

Trainer rejoined Boeing in September of 2023 after 11 years at Spirit AeroSystems, lnc., where she held several senior business and operational roles with profit-and-loss responsibllity including the role of vice president of Fabrication, program manager and fuselage operations leader for both the 787 and 747 programs and the vice president of global contracts for the company.

Before Spirit, she was the chief of staff for Boeing’s В-52 program and also worked оп the VC-25A program.

She worked with at-risk youth in the Kansas City, Missouri, School District, served as а detention officer in а metropolitan-area jail, and later became а mental health advocate.

She has been recognized Ьу the Wichita Business Journal among Women Who Lead in Aviation and Manufacturing and was а 2021 national finalist for the White House fellow program.

Trainer earned an МВА and ВА in Law, Philosophy and Rhetoric from Stephens College.

Bailey Perkins Wright
A native of Lawton and fifth generation Oklahoman, Bailey has a decade of experience in shaping state and federal public policy decisions, strengthening civic engagement and cultivating social impact efforts in Oklahoma. She currently works as Boeing’s community investor leading social impact strategies and managing philanthropic investment in Oklahoma and Colorado. In addition to overseeing more than $2M in major corporate investments, she strengthens existing community partner relationships and builds new relationships among local agencies, major companies, key stakeholders, and community leaders regarding issues that affect Boeing’s business and local interests. She also develops partnerships with local non-profits and 7,500+ of Boeing’s valued teammates for volunteer engagement and educational outreach events throughout the year, with a special focus on STEM, workforce, and veteran initiatives. In Oklahoma, she serves on the Oklahoma City Site Leadership Team.

Her previous work includes: directing Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma’s policy advocacy efforts in food security, leading education, healthcare and science space and technology policy portfolios for Congresswoman Kendra Horn in Washington, D.C., developing legislative strategies for the Oklahoma Policy Institute, producing publications and advancing education policy solutions at Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families, and inspiring college women to enter careers in public service through The Carl Albert Congressional Research and Studies Center’s N.E.W. Leadership program. With less than two years at Boeing, Bailey will receive an industry recognition this fall: the Rising Star in Technology Award at the 2024 Women of Color in STEM Conference. In 2022, the Journal Record named Bailey among its coveted 50 Making a Difference honorees, and the Advocacy Association ranked Bailey among the Top 21 Advocacy Professionals nationwide and featured her in Roll Call in 2021. The OKC Friday ranked Bailey among the most powerful young professionals in Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma City Thunder recognized her as a “ChangeMaker,” and The Oklahoman featured her in its 21st Century Women “Outlook 2020” series highlighting women making significant contributions and driving change in Oklahoma City.

Bailey is plugged into the community through various boards, committees and organizations, including being a MAPS4 Clara Luper Center appointee by Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt. Bailey graduated with honors from Oklahoma City University, earning a bachelor’s degree in political science and history as a Clara Luper Full Tuition Scholar and Petree College of Arts and Sciences Outstanding Senior Woman of the Year. She earned a Master of Public Administration degree, public policy concentration from the University of Oklahoma.
