Kirk Slaughter’s background includes working with the Oklahoma State Fair, equestrian/ag venues, fairgrounds, arenas, convention centers, sports authorities, destination marketing organizations and hotels. He has extensive experience in leading, operating, marketing, master planning, developing, financing, and expanding first class, equestrian venues, arenas, and hotels. Kirk’s goal is to deliver outstanding customer experiences and provide spotlessly clean and well-maintained facilities.
His background also includes a successful career within municipal government. Kirk participated in the development of the 614-room Omni Hotel in Fort Worth, the $540 million Dickies Arena, and over $150 million of capital investment at the Will Rogers Memorial Center. He also participated in the expansion of the Fort Worth Convention Center, the Waco Convention Center, and the Plano Centre.
Kirk is a native of Odessa, Texas, and he is a graduate of Texas Tech University. He is married to Holly who is employed by the American Paint Horse Association. Kirk is the father of two children ages 24 and 21.

Peter Hodges began his career in the automobile industry in 1994 as the North Georgia field representative for the Georgia Automobile Dealers Association before moving to Oklahoma City and assuming the role of President of the Metropolitan (OKC) Auto Dealers Association in 1999.
In January, 2022 Peter became President of the Oklahoma Automobile Dealers Association, a membership association representing the nearly 300 franchised new automobile dealers in the state. He also became President of the Tulsa Automobile Dealers Association at that same time. In 2002, the metro OKC dealers founded the Car Dealers Care Foundation. A charity that assists dealership employees who have experienced extreme hardships. Peter is also its President.
His responsibilities include lobbying on behalf of the franchised new automobile dealers as well as producing the Oklahoma City Auto Show; held every March, the Tulsa Auto Show; held every April and the Auto Show at the Oklahoma State Fair; held every September during the Annual Oklahoma State Fair.
Peter has five children and he loves being their dad. He is a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Edmond and he also attends St. Mary Catholic Church in Guthrie on occasion.
