Rachel Holt, President and CEO – “United Way of Central Oklahoma: The Next Century of Giving”

Rachel Canuso Holt started as the President and CEO of United Way of Central Oklahoma on November 1, 2023.  Rachel previously served from 2020 to 2023 as the Executive Director of the Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA), Oklahoma’s juvenile justice agency. Rachel spent seven total years at OJA, where she also held the titles of chief operating officer and general counsel.  Previous to her tenure at OJA, Holt served as an Assistant Attorney General and an Assistant District Attorney.

In her 11 years of state service in juvenile justice, Rachel witnessed firsthand the importance of community resources and the vital role played by United Way Partner Agencies in central Oklahoma. As an advocate supporting the well-being of Oklahoma families and children, Rachel’s role at United Way continues her life’s work supporting Oklahomans to reach their full potential.

Rachel is a graduate of The George Washington University and The University of Oklahoma College of Law.  A native of Philadelphia, Rachel lives in Oklahoma City with her husband David and their two children, George and Maggie.
