Because of the spike in Covid-19 cases, our meeting will revert to a virtual format following the board policy guidelines set in place. Our virtual format will still be filmed from St. Luke’s utilizing all of the people that it takes to run a meeting, but it will not include an audience.

Lance Haffner
President of Payroll, Lance Haffner
Lance Haffner has 20 years’ experience in human resources (HR), business and leadership. He is currently the President of Payroll & HCM Solutions for Heartland, a financial technology firm providing payments, payroll and human capital management software and service solutions for small and medium sized businesses across the US. Heartland is a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Payments, a worldwide leader in payment and payroll software and service solutions; Global operates in over 100 countries employing over 24,000 team members. Prior to taking the President of Payroll position, Lance was Heartland’s Vice President of Human Resources and prior to Heartland he held various HR leadership roles in the energy business, including VP of HR for Patterson-UTI. Patterson acquired Seventy Seven Energy, a spin-off of Chesapeake Energy where Lance spent 11 years in a variety of HR leadership roles. In addition, he has worked in the healthcare, wholesale distribution and staffing industries and was principal of his own healthcare recruiting firm in the early 2000s.
In addition to his job, Lance is a Director and on the Board of Allegiance Credit Union, a community-chartered credit union in Oklahoma City and has sat on multiple advisory boards for the University of Central Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University and the Oklahoma City Greater Chamber of Commerce. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and is a certified Professional in Human Resources.
In his spare time, he loves travelling, concerts and anything involving the water.
Brent Stockwell is an Ambassador at Heartland Payment Systems. He has been in the payments industry for over 20 years with clients in all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii.
Brent has served on the Board of Directors for the St Anthony Foundation for several years. He and his wife Debi were Co-chairs for the Saint’s Ball in November, which was held virtually for the first time ever. Even so, they were still able to achieve their goal, raising just over $300,000.
Brent also serves on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma City University School of Law’s Innocence Project.
Brent has been a member of Rotary Club 29 since December 2016, and sings in the Club 29 Chorale, as well as Crossings Church Choir.
